Risotto de calabaza ••• Pumpkin risotto

Cuando hago esta receta se comen casi el cascarón de la calabaza😂😍😋
INGREDIENTES
* 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
* 1 cebolla
* 2 dientes de ajo
* 3 ají dulces picaditos
* 1 1⁄2 tazas de arroz arborio
* 1 taza de calabaza en cubitos
* 3 -4 tazas de caldo de pollo o vegetales
* 1⁄2 taza de queso parmesano
* sal, pimienta, tomillo fresco
* 1 calabaza entera, cortada por la mitad, sal-pimienta y horneada (hasta dorar)
~En una olla calientas el aceite de oliva y sofries la cebolla, ajo, ají dulce; luego agregas el arborio, la calabaza y vas cocinando en el caldo moviendo siempre para que no se pegue. Al estar casi listo el arroz, corriges el sabor con sal, pimienta, y tomillo. Colocas el risotto en la calabaza y por encima espolvoreas con parmesano. Y sirves.
✨Tip: Agrega queso de cabra y arándanos rojos cuando esté listo! Le queda mundial🌎!

When I make this recipe my family eat almost the pumpkin shell😂😍😋
INGREDIENTES
* 1 teaspoon of olive oil
* 1 onion
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 3 sweet peppers
* 1 1/2 cups of Arborio rice
* 1 cup of diced pumpkin
* 3 -4 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
* 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
* salt, pepper, fresh thyme
* 1 whole pumpkin, cut in half, salt-pepper and baked (until browned)
~In a pot heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, sweet pepper; then add the arborio+the pumpkin and cook in the broth always moving so that it does not stick. When the rice is almost ready, correct the flavor with salt, pepper, and thyme. Place the risotto on the pumpkin and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top. And serve
✨Tip: Add goat cheese and cranberries when the risotto is almost ready! Is sooo delicious!! Enjoy💥
